DELIVERY & RETURNS
The standard delivery charge is £7.50 for orders placed online. We offer a free delivery service for all online orders exceeding £35 (Excluding VAT).
We hold a large range of items in stock and aim to get those to you within 2 working days of receiving your order.
If we received the order before 2.00pm we will do our best to despatch same day for next day delivery (Please note for highlands and islands this service will be the standard 2-3 days) - Please note due to Covid - 19 we are unable to guarantee next day services.
If your item is slit to size or needs ordering we will let you know the expected lead time. As a guide most items that are non stock are despatched within a week.
Delivery charges for sales orders processed offline may be more, the standard delivery charge is £12.50
Yout should inspected you delviery on reciept for damange, error and missing goods. Please note that these need to be reported within 14 working days. Please see Clause 9 of our terms of conditions.

We will aim to update the processing status to provide a clearer picture of where your order is here are the most common updates and what they mean.
Processing - Order received and is being processed.
Processing - Order Picking - The order has been passed to the warehouse and will be despatched ASAP
Processing - Goods Ordered - We receive deliveries in daily from the various manufactures and have either placed an order for your goods or are awaiting delivery of the goods from them. Where this is going to be more than a few days we will let you know.
Processing - Goods being Slit - Some tapes are cut to size from a master log roll. This is done in house and can take 4-5 working days. We will let you know when we expect to be able to desptach goods.
