It has an Acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive is coated on one side with a Paper Release liner

Scapa 3259 will act as a water-seal and air/dust seal when compressed, with similar properties to Neoprene.

07-Jun-2017	Product:	It's a great product. My only reservation and reason for four stars, is that it's rather difficult to peel off the covering. This is frustrating, but once it's off, it's great.
